The Timberbrook Homeowners Association (HOA) is governed by a dedicated group of volunteers who work to maintain and enhance our community. Annual board elections are held in October, and all residents are encouraged to participate. The board meets monthly to discuss neighborhood concerns, plan events, and oversee the community's amenities. Everyone is welcome to attend the board meetings.
Board Meetings:
- When: Second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM
- Where: Timberbrook Clubhouse
- If you need to discuss an issue, please contact the HOA President at least one week prior to the meeting to have it added to the agenda.
